    Cancellation Policy

    Island Towers Resort is managed by RAL Resort Property Management, Inc. and follows their cancellation policy. Renters may cancel the rental of their unit outside of 30-days prior to checkin date for a $50.00 fee. All monies collected for the rental will be refunded back to the renter minus the $50.00 fee.

    A renter that rents within the 30-day prior to check-in date has no option to cancel when booking a rental. 100% of the rental monies is due upon the time of booking.

    Any reservation made that is not cancelled before the 30-days prior to check-in date will be paid in full 30-days prior to check-in and no cancellations will be allowed.

    Example:

    If Sally rents a unit on June 1st, 2013 for a rental starting June 25th , 2013, the full amount of the rental would be due upon booking the unit and no cancellation would be allowed.

    If Sally rents a unit on June 1st, 2013 for a rental starting on August 6th, 2013, Sally would only have to place a deposit (25% minimum) on the rental to reserve the unit. Sally can choose to cancel the reservation all the way up to 31-days prior to check-in, which would fall on July 6th, 2013. If Sally cancels by this date, a $50.00 cancellation fee would be held from the monies collected on the rental and the remaining monies would be refunded. If Sally calls to cancel on July 7th, 2013, she will not be allowed to cancel and all monies for the rental will be due.
