All resort rooms are 1-Bedroom/1-Bathroom with a full kitchen. Rooms sleep up to 6 people. All rooms have their own screened in balcony and face the water.
RENTAL RATES
Weeks 1 – 4 (January 1st – January 31st): $1600 – $1800
Weeks 5 – 15 (January 31st – April 18th): $2100 – $2300
Weeks 16 – 29 (April 18th – July 25th): $1500 – $1700
Weeks 30 – 39 (July 25th – October 3rd): $1200 – $1400
Weeks 40 – 50 (October 3rd – December 19th): $1400 – $1600
Weeks 51 – 52 (December 19th – January 2nd): $1800 – $2000
The minimum rental is three nights. Add $100 for Thanksgiving Week and Easter Week. Rates do not include Sales Tax but do include a $35 rental processing fee. For cancellation information, please see our Cancellation Policy
