The Bishop from St. Raphael By-the- Sea Anglican Church blesses a gathering of shrimp boats at the Beach Seafood Shrimp Docks at 3 p.m. in a 63 years tradition timed according to the full moon, when shrimpers return to port. The event includes kid’s activities, a shrimp-eating contest, and live music staring at noon.
